| Puppy Commitment Policy |
| This page will explain my poilcy of holding a specific puppy for you with a deposit. I will hold a puppy for you till the age of 9 weeks old with a deposit, all deposits must be received by me within 3 business days after you pick your puppy (unless further arrangements were make prior and agreeded upon by seller and buyer). A deposit will hold only the puppy that you picked out, no deposit will be transfered to another puppy is you change your mind. If the puppy is to be picked up then the final balance must be paid at that time, if the puppy is to be shipped then the balance of the puppy and the shipping cost MUST be paid to seller 5 business days before the puppy is 8 weeks old and the shipping arrangements will be made at that time. I will email or call you to remind you of the day I will need the final balance made to me, if I do not receive the balance or I do not get a call or an email from you then I will assume that you have changed your mind about purchasing the puppy and I will then advertise the puppy for sale again. I will not hold a puppy that has a deposit on it for any longer then 9 weeks old. All depsoits are non-refundable no matter what reason. All puppies that are being shipped will leave my home no sooner then 8 weeks old NO EXCUSES. If a puppy with a deposit to hold it cannot be picked up before 9 weeks old, for everyday after that there will be a fee of $4.00 perday for boarding and care of that puppy will be added to the total cost of the puppy. Also I will accept no deposits for a litter that has not been born yet, No Exceptions. Also just a note about a show quality puppy, If I sell a puppy for show purposes, that said puppy will be sold with a Show Contract, I will be co-owner of that puppy until the puppy finishes and puppies registered name will contain my kennel name, if the puppy proves not to be show quality then said puppy will be spayed or neutered and then I will sign AKC papers over to buyer at that time. (I will be posting the show contract at a later time). This policy I feel protects not only me the seller but you the buyer also. |
